Your Digital Loyalty Card

No — your card is saved directly in your browser's storage, so refreshing the page will never affect it. It'll be right here every time you come back.

When you're in the salon, look for the QR code displayed at the counter or welcome desk — it'll say "Scan me to stamp your loyalty card". Open your phone camera, point it at the QR, and tap the link. Your stamp is added instantly with no staff needed. Maximum 2 stamps per day.

When you collect all 12 stamps, you'll unlock 2 × £5 off — a congratulations screen will appear ready to show at the desk. After each £5 is redeemed your card auto-resets for another round.

Clearing browser data can remove your card. To protect yourself, use the "Protect Your Card" section on your card page to copy your backup link and save it somewhere safe — your Notes app, email, or bookmarks. Opening that link will instantly restore your card and all your stamps.

Your card lives on the device you signed up on, so it won't automatically appear on another device. However, if you copy your backup link and open it on your new device, your card and stamps will be fully restored there.

Before switching phones, go to "Protect Your Card" on your card page and copy your backup link. Open that link on your new phone and your card will be restored instantly — no stamps lost.

No — please avoid using this page in private or incognito mode. Your browser does not save data between private sessions, so your card will disappear as soon as you close the tab.

Your card does not expire as long as it remains saved on your device. Coco Nails Spa reserves the right to update the programme terms, but existing stamps will always be honoured.
